The GeoInsight 100 transmits a swept fan of 93 beams across a 45° sector, imaging a sub-bottom swath of 0.8 × water depth on every line.

3D imaging mode performs best in the 20–30 m band; across the wider range the system operates as a high-resolution 2D profiler.

One partner, full chain

Ocean Physics Technology designs and manufactures underwater acoustic instruments and the platforms that carry them. Founded in Shanghai in 2020 and headquartered in Wuxi since 2023, we build parametric sub-bottom profilers, 3D imaging systems, unmanned surface vessels and handling equipment — and integrate them into working survey systems rather than selling boxes.
